Russian Libertarians Start Coalition Ballot Protests

Russian Libertarians–who have one elected official now in Moscow– have begun a long-term process of pressure and engagement including fair ballot protests and coalitions. While Russia is superior in many areas in concept t most countries, there’re many improvements needed in implementation and anti-corruption, say activists.
